  • Customized or tailored products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • After accepting your return request, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
  • Once we receive the product in its original condition, we will issue a refund in the form of wallet points or a coupon code for the same amount that you can use on our website.

  • After accepting your exchange request, we will provide you with the exchange shipping address.
  • Once we receive the product in its original condition, we will issue a coupon code for the same amount that you can use on our website to purchase a new product.

Please note that the shipping costs for returning or exchanging a product will be borne by the customer. We also reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product does not meet our eligibility criteria.
